Sun Room

The brief was to provide a space that was light, airy and did not fall into the trap of UPVC/glass extensions. Too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter.

The design of a vaulted ceiling and full-height glazing on the gable enhances the light and feeling of space.

A rendered finish, sympathetic to the original building, assists the marriage of old and new but there is still room for a dramatic glazed gable end.
